About La Mura Bella Faux Painting and Decorative Plasters
 |  | Founder of the company, Linda Banning is an accomplished fine artist with works held in private collections in Washington, DC and in southern Italy. During the seven years she lived in Italy, Linda became interested in the beautiful decorative art that adorned many of the churches, public buildings, and private residences from Venice to Naples. Returning from Italy in 2002, she decided to bring this inspiration for La Mura Bella (beautiful walls) to her new community in Central Florida. |
While Linda is passionate about the design and application of traditional decorative art she has continued to expand her training to include art and finishing techniques that are transitional and contemporary.

Linda serves as Vice President of the International Decorative Artisans League/IDAL and serves as a Board member and liaison to Exposition, Business, and Sponsorship.
In addition, she teaches the decorative arts and faux finishes to beginniners, professionals, and even "DIYers". The La Mura Bella Training Center (La Scuola) will be opening soon in Longwood, FL (Orlando suburb).
